I saw Jim Collins' Keynote at the CIPD's Annual Conference, but you were better, your presentation was from the heart.
This was our best module and the group thought your session was particularly terrific. They liked your style of delivery and the fact you introduced them to
some challenging new ideas and rich personal experiences.
I found the session really practical. What I also liked was that I have come away with some ideas to put into practice that don't involve huge amounts of
planning or resource and fit really well with the things we are already putting in place.
